• Renaissance Hotel
Renovations are an ongoing part of the hotel business — striving to stay up-to-date to serve guests in the most comfortable and relevant way. Nobody wants to stay at that "old" hotel.
In 2015, the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel began a renovation to transform their lobby and guest rooms. With their main lobby shut down for nearly 4 months, guests were rerouted through a corridor leading them to a temporary check-in space.
To improve the arrival experience while under construction my team and I developed a campaign to promote the #RenChiRefresh that would soon be revealed. This included a 100 ft. corridor video projection, anamorphic typography wall, street-facing window wrap, fence and pedway signage, exterior banners, and a series of in-room and associate collateral.
